  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

My first pair of barefoot shoes. I have added 5mm to my footprint and ordered a 43. The second toe of my left foot touches the front of the shoe, just a little bit. I keep the shoes because I think that my feet will settle further back in the shoes when the leather around my ankle is broken in.
